Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to grow and establish the company as a leader in the industry.

Requirements
Extensive experience in business development and management in the entertainment business
Experience in CEO roles leading the operations of concert, hotel or other large facilities
Deep understanding of operational efficiency, with experience in managing bookings, scheduling, and logistics at a high level.
