In this role, you will spearhead the entire organizational strategy, including building the business infrastructure, recruiting top talent, and cultivating high-level partnerships. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of company goals, focusing on establishing a premier entertainment brand.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in business development and management in the entertainment business
  • Experience in CEO roles leading the operations of concert, hotel or other large facilities
  • Deep understanding of operational efficiency, with experience in managing bookings, scheduling, and logistics at a high level.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, balancing long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
