Job Description:

The Country Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all company operations within the country, ensuring the achievement of strategic and financial objectives. This role involves overseeing commercial, operational, and administrative functions to drive business growth, profitability, and strong brand positioning in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s growth and positioning strategy in the local market.
  • Ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and applicable standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, laboratories, and regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee supply chain operations, including imports, inventory management, and distribution processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
